Teacher Nomination and Registration

Nominations from teachers/mentors opens November 18, 2022 and remains open through December 16, 2022.

To Nominate IJSHS Students, Click Here and select the “Register Now” button in the top right corner of the page. The nomination form and registration form are the same. Please select the Teacher option from the dropdown menu when registering.

Student Registration

IJSHS Students, Click Here and select the “Register Now” button in the top right corner of the page. Please select the Student option from the dropdown menu when completing the registration form.

To submit your Abstract, Research Paper and Statement of Outside Assistance by 11:59 PM MST Friday, January 13, 2023, go back into your registration (you will need your confirmation number from when you registered) and upload your documents. The Statement-of-Outside-Assistance is located in your registration.

Completed registration forms and/or essay* (see below) for ALL other IJSHS/CASJSHS participants is due by February 3, 2023.

* Students wishing to attend as an observer must submit a short essay. Please note that while we strive to include all interested students, preference will be given to those who submit research papers. Essays must address the following (max. 250 words in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format):

  1. Your specific interests in science, technology, engineering, and/or math;

  2. How attending the IJSHS as an observer will benefit you;

  3. What you hope to learn and experience at the IJSHS.

For those completing IJSHS Student essay, Click Here to register through the IJSHS registration platform (select student option from dropdown menu) and submit your essay. Format style needs to be .doc, .docx, or .pdf.

Students and Teachers will be notified of students’ presentation status (competitive oral presentation or non-competitive poster session) between February 8 and 10, 2023.
